General Questions

No, You do not! However if it’s your first time signing up for a Jaz cleaning, initial introductions always help develop the personable relationship with your Cleaner. .

We do not do walkthrough, but we ask that you are very sincere with the condition of your home at the time of booking. based on our experience we are able to give you an estimated hour and number of cleaners it will take to clean your home based on the information you provided, you can also send us picture. if we get there and the condition is different from the information you provided. The team will only work on the amount of hours bought and have to stop once hours have been exhausted. you can always call to purchase extra hours needed to complete the job

Cleaning supplies are included by default. .

Please note: we always use your vacuum, Broom/Dustpan and paper towel so please be sure to have it before the cleaners arrives.

Before Arrival -A message will be sent out 30 minutes before arrival make sure someone is home or the door is open so the team have access immediately. if team can not access the property 15 minutes after arrival they will have to leave and you will be charged full price. Completion - Team will send out a message 30 minutes before completion so you can do a walkthrough, and if any areas need more cleaning the team can work on it. in the case you are not home kindly send someone.the team will not wait more than 15 after complete.

Scheduling Questions

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we might be able to meet this requirement.

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your home .

Yes, most of the time. However, there might be delay due to delayed work, Traffic and weather circumstances. So we always require a three hour window for arrival.

Payment must be made at the time of booking. Your invoice is sent to the email and phone number on file, for Re-occuring visit it charges automatically on the day of service.

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.

Cleaning Questions

We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the front page and clicking on the “Services” button halfway down the page.

Most Cases Two or Three cleaner is sent to your home depending on the level of work. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a background check, reference checks and in-person interviews.

There’s really very little you are supposed to do in preparation for the arrival of our cleaners. However, it’s a good idea to remove any clutter, such as toys, clothes, books and magazines, dishes, before your cleaners arrive. This will make the thorough and efficient cleaning of all the surfaces easier. Also, if you want the bed linen and towels changed, be sure to indicate where the clean sheets are. Last but not least, make sure your pets are in a safe location so the cleaners could go about their work without being distracted by your fluffy little ones. You can make special requests, of course, and design your own cleaning checklist, depending on the needs, type and size of your household. You can also ask your cleaners to pay special attention to certain areas of your home and clean them more thoroughly or more frequently. Other than that, you’re all set! In the more specific sense, the house cleaner will perform a range of services, depending on your chosen cleaning package. Bear in mind that there is usually an extra charge for some services which require more work, check booking for extra services. A typical regular house cleaning checklist looks like this: Vacuuming carpets and floors Sweeping and mopping floors Emptying trash High and low dusting Cleaning door handles and light fixtures Dusting windows, window sills and ledges Changing linen Cleaning kitchen appliances on the outside (the microwave is cleaned inside as well) Wiping countertops and outside of the kitchen cabinets Doing the dishes (often as an additional service) Cleaning and disinfecting the toilet Cleaning the sink, bath tubs and/or showers Special services include deep cleaning, move in/move out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, cleaning of vacation and Airbnb rentals, window cleaning etc. All of these cleaning services cover more specific areas and go into more detail.
